I have a validating style. I am intuitive, encouraging and empathetic. I ask a lot of questions and I often use humor. I'm a peacemaker, driven to interpersonal and intra-personal peace.

I see supervision as a dynamic, evolving relationship where you’ll be supported, challenged, and encouraged every step of the way. I draw from Douglas Sprenkle’s model of supervision, which highlights four core roles of our work together:

• Coach: I’ll help you refine your clinical instincts, build confidence in the therapy room, and troubleshoot stuck points.

• Teacher: We’ll dig into theory, ethics, and interventions, bridging what you learned in grad school with real-world application. I’m here to help you grow your toolbox and clinical rationale.

• Mentor: Supervision is also about you. Your values, your identity as a therapist, your self-doubt, and your dreams. I’ll support your development not just as a clinician, but as a fellow human navigating a meaningful career.

• Administrator: I’ll guide you through the licensing process, documentation, board requirements, and professional standards so you feel grounded, organized, and ready to meet expectations.

Supervision with me is warm, collaborative, and purposeful. Whether you’re navigating a challenging case, exploring your theoretical orientation, or just figuring out how to be in this field—we’ll do it together.

No problem! Get supervision can be more accessible without the commute. I use a secure video platform (Simple Practice) for both individual and dyad supervision.

In-person supervision will take place in my office located in Burnsville, MN.

Individual: $80/hour

Dyad: $40/hour
